For sample orders: Goods will be ready and handed over to freight forwarder within 3–7 working days after sample payment is received.
For bulk orders: Production will be finished and goods ready for pickup within 15–30 working days upon receipt of deposit.
The exact delivery date shall be confirmed via PI. Lead time may be extended due to raw material shortage, factory scheduling or force majeure events.
Our default trade terms are EXW or FOB. Two options are available:
Option A: Buyer's designated forwarder. Buyer arranges forwarder to pick up goods at our warehouse. All pickup, shipping, customs clearance and destination charges shall be borne by the buyer and coordinated between buyer and forwarder.
Option B: We can recommend our cooperating freight forwarder. However, all freight, import tax, VAT and clearance fees at destination are for buyer's account.
We only deliver qualified goods to the freight forwarder. Once the forwarder signs for the goods, all subsequent transportation risks including damage, shortage and delay shall be transferred to the buyer.
All import duties, VAT and customs clearance expenses at destination country shall be borne by the buyer.
After goods are handed over to forwarder, we will provide packing list and commercial invoice. Bill of lading or airway bill will be forwarded to buyer once issued by forwarder.
Please check quantity and outer package condition before your forwarder picks up the cargo. No claims for damage or shortage during transit will be accepted after forwarder's signature of receipt.
We reserve the right to decline orders to sanctioned countries or regions inaccessible by logistics.
We only collect business information actively provided by customers, including name, email, WhatsApp, company name, shipping details and custom product requirements.
Your information is solely used for quotation, sampling, production, order follow-up, forwarder coordination and after-sales communication. We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies.

All product pictures and specifications on this website are for reference only. Minor color difference and manufacturing tolerance are acceptable. Final acceptance standard shall be subject to confirmed samples and PI contract.
All quotations are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices after expiry due to raw material cost or exchange rate fluctuation.
Sample orders: Full payment before sampling and preparation.
Bulk orders: Deposit as agreed in contract, balance to be cleared before goods are released to forwarder. Delivery schedule will be postponed for delayed payment.
If you provide logos, patterns or designs, you shall guarantee there is no infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. You shall take full responsibility for any disputes arising from copyright infringement caused by your design. Customized orders are non-returnable without valid quality claim.
No unconditional return for wholesale orders.
If there is factory quality defect, buyer must provide photos or videos as proof within 7 working days after goods arrival. We will negotiate solutions such as rework or replacement after verification.
Transportation damage, improper use and man-made damage are not covered by after-sales service.
Once raw materials are purchased or production starts, buyer shall bear the cost of materials and production if order is cancelled.
